About Us
Because we all want our children to thrive, we offer a variety of programs to help support parents and caregivers. Many of these programs are offered in partnership with local agencies and organizations and are available in both English and Spanish.
KinderReady is a free and voluntary home visiting program that supports parents in their child’s development from birth to age 5. We can support you in:
- Learning strategies for supporting your child’s physical, emotional and social development
- Performing developmental screenings and assessments when necessary
- Finding ways for you to keep yourselves and your children healthy
- Connecting your family to valuable and helpful community resources
Education and Employment Specialist Program supports parents in reaching their education and employment goals. We can support you in:
- Looking for and applying for jobs
- Getting to job interviews
- Practicing for job interviews
- Creating a resumé
- Getting your driver’s license
- Signing up for benefits
- Getting your GED/HSED
- Signing up for classes, trainings, connections to colleges and technical schools
- Setting and reaching your short-term and long-term education and employment goals.
